Venom’s
been
fortunate
enough
to
obtain
the
manufacturing
rights
to the
first
true
weigh-bag
which is
totally
C&R
(catch
and
release)
friendly;
The
Venom
BASS-ina-BAG.
Unlike
solid
vinyl or
plastic-type
bags, as
well as
bags
which
use
inserts,
Venom’s
BASS-ina-BAG
combines
the best
of all
weigh-in
bags
into one
product.
The
upper
portion
of the “BAG”
is
constructed
out of
heavy
mesh,
with
heavy
duty
handles,
triple-sewn
for
lifetime
use. The
bottom
of the “BAG”
is made
out of a
heavy
duty,
opaque
pliable
vinyl
reinforced
material.
Additionally,
all
sides
are
reinforced
to
maintain
product
integrity.
HOW
TO USE:
Today,
most
well-run
competitive
angling
events
provide
catch
handling
systems
which
include
aerated
tanks as
well as
“other”
fish
friendly
systems.
The
“BAG”
should
be
filled
with
water
from the
live
well as
well as
the
competitor’s
catch.
Once at
the
weigh-in
site,
the live
well
waters
should
be
dumped
in a
suitable
manner/container
prior to
immersion
in one
of the
aerated
tanks.
The
“BAG”
should
be
continually
raised
up and
down,
while in
the
tank,
not only
to
re-fill
it but
also to
continually
refresh
the
waters
in the
bag.
Once the
competitor
reaches
the
“bump
master”,
the bag
is
simply
turned
upside
down
thus
expelling
all the
water
prior to
handing
over for
bumping
and
weighing.
